Description

The Baader 694 is a compacted, semi-portable machine that produces bone-free fish meat from pinbone cuttings but also from other fish cuttings with bones and skin which are yielded in fish processing. The material is submitted to a brief pressing operation between an elastic belt and a perforated drum, so that the fiber structure of the fish meat is maintained. This material may be processed into high-grade products.
