SEPAmatic is a gentle and energy‑efficient machine system to separate different meat, fish, vegetables, poultry or fruits or other mainly natural food compounds between its different textures. Solid and softer components are split and transported in 2 sections. While the softer portion is gently pushed by a soft belt into its perforated drum and is ground or “minced”, the more solid portions are separated. Sepamatic provides a full line of mincers/separators from 500 kg per hour to 10,000 per hour capacity. Built solid and simple, easy to use and work on, a Sepamatic separator is proven to last for decades.
