Baader 415 Heading Machne

The Baader 415 serves for heading bled whitefish with a size range from abt. 50 to 110 cm in total length. It performs a round cut so that the collar bone is retained on the fish. This machine has been fully overhauled in our shop and comes with new Aluminum side walls and many other new parts.
